Field Agent Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By registering as a field agent or claiming a project, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not register or claim projects.

2. Your role

You collect accurate, first-hand market research data (visits, observations and photos) at the locations listed in each project, following the client's instructions exactly.

3. Photos and location

• Every photo must be taken by you, in person, at the assigned place, at the time of the visit.
• Photos must be taken with the in-app camera. Photos taken earlier, downloaded, screenshotted, edited, or taken of another screen or printout are not allowed.
• Your device location is checked against the place when you submit. Submissions outside the allowed distance may be flagged or blocked.
• Photos must clearly show what the project asks for. Do not photograph people's faces or private property beyond what the project requires, and never photograph ID documents or payment cards.
• Photos are reviewed automatically and by staff. Duplicate, reused, fake, or AI-generated images are rejected.

4. Honesty and data quality

You must not invent, guess, copy, or falsify any answer, photo or location. Submissions must be complete, truthful and sent within the claim period.

5. Claims

A claimed project is reserved for you for a limited time. Claims that expire without a submission are released, and you cannot claim that same project again. Do not claim more projects than you can complete.

6. Review and payment

Submissions are reviewed before approval. Payment is made only for approved submissions, at the amount shown on the project. Rejected or fraudulent submissions are not paid.

7. Confidentiality

Project details, client names, questionnaires and collected data are confidential. Do not share them or use them for any purpose other than completing the project.

8. Privacy and safety

You consent to us processing your data, including your phone number, location and the photos you submit, to run the service and verify your work. Never put yourself at risk to complete a project.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts and withhold payment for fraud, fake or duplicate photos, location spoofing, or any breach of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
