Client Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance
By creating a client account and using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
The platform connects you with field agents who collect market research data, including on-site observations and photos, for the projects you publish.
3. Your projects
You are responsible for clear, lawful and safe project instructions, accurate place details, and a fair price. Do not request anything illegal, unsafe, or that invades individuals' privacy, such as photographing people's faces, private homes, or identity documents.
4. Photos and data verification
Photos are captured through the in-app camera and checked against the place's location. Submissions are screened automatically for duplicate, reused or AI-generated images and reviewed by staff. Verification reduces, but cannot completely eliminate, the risk of inaccurate data, and you should review submissions before relying on them.
5. Review
You may review submissions for your projects. Approve only submissions that meet your instructions, and give clear reasons when rejecting so field agents can improve.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are set per project. Approved submissions are payable to the field agent at the project price. Fees and payment terms are as agreed with the platform.
7. Ownership and use of data
You may use the data and photos collected for your projects for your own business purposes. You must not use them to identify, track or harass individuals, or to breach any law.
8. Field agent privacy
Field agent personal details are shared only as needed to run your project. Do not contact field agents outside the platform or misuse their information.
9. Confidentiality
Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, post unlawful or unsafe projects, or abuse the review process.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
